Even though this is an internal (first-party) audit, it will be conducted as if it were a third-party audit, similar to one performed by a certification body. The final deliverable is a detailed audit report that evaluates the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, providing objective evidence of the audit findings. It will also include an analysis of strengths, opportunities, weaknesses, and threats, along with assurance that corrective actions are initiated for any identified non-conformities.
